Please ensure you protect your item by wrapping it carefully using suitable materials to ensure it's safe delivery to our offices. We are not responsible for any damage caused in transit.

We are not responsible for film, tape, digital media, or batteries and bulbs left in equipment. Please ensure you remove these items before posting.
Before sending the item - please fill in our repair postal form. Complete the form in full and click the print button - print off 2 copies. Keep one for yourself and ensure that you post the other copy with your item. Failure to post this form with your item could lead to a delay with the repair.
It is advisable when posting your item that you use a service that your item can be traced and insured. We are not responsible for any loss of an item posted by yourself. A service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery is advised and offers track and trace facility and high level insurance.
A courier service is available at just £12.00 + VAT. We can arrange to collect your camera from any address home or work, which ever is most convenient .
